The position offers comprehensive benefits and a generous salary range. Travel is required up to 50% and the role is remote within the United States with national scope. Salary range is $180,000 to $200,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and construction industry knowledge.
• Experience in public works, infrastructure, or capital improvement programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of capital works projects from concept through commissioning.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and feasibility studies with stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and ensure compliance with financial plans.
• Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Secure permits, licenses, and approvals from authorities.
