Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years in a business systems analysis role.
• 2+ years in Capital Markets, Treasury, Payments or Cash Management knowledge.
• 2+ years of SQL and Python experience; Agile experience a plus.
• Experience with AWS and data-centric projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define solutions and translate requirements into detailed briefs.
• Liaise between tech and business SMEs to map data and rules.
• Prepare system analysis documentation and test coordination (UAT).
• Support audit requests and BAU changes; manage dependencies.
