Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager for Capital Markets & Risk to lead data and process improvements within Treasury Systems. You will drive requirements, coordinate with business SMEs, and ensure data integrity across Derivative workflows.

The role requires strong experience in Capital Markets, Murex/Calypso, and Agile delivery, with a focus on collaboration and delivering cloud-based solutions. Salaries are location-based and include incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience working in a business system analysis role.
• At least 5 years of experience with Capital Markets, Derivative workflow (such as Murex or Calypso).
• MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 3+ years experience with Murex pricing and Valuation models.

Responsibilities

• Define solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems.
• Liaison between tech and business SMEs to translate business requirements into highly specified project briefs.
• Partner with consumers, business SMEs, and source system teams to analyze, internalize, and translate business requirements and source data to develop data requirements for upstream source systems, source to target mapping, data quality requirements, processing requirements.
• Prepare systems analysis documentation/specifications.
• Identify roadblocks to projected timeline and present possible solutions.
• Ensure solution integrity through user acceptance testing (UAT) and finalize disposition of solution for BAU acceptance.
