• Develop mid-high complexity departmental reports and dashboards.

• Perform complex analysis to support business decisions across disciplines.
• Provide insights from large data sets and communicate to management.
• Drive process improvements and document procedures and automation tools.
• Plan and implement new projects, programs, and regulatory changes impacting the unit.
• Lead departmental system support, coordinating with partners, vendors and technology.
• Support audits including user recerts and compliance testing.
