Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a data-oriented analyst to support the team across multiple projects by producing routine reports and dashboards using data from Excel worksheets and departmental databases.

You will prepare and maintain department reports, assist with data consolidation, and contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and a minimum of 2 years related business line experience, OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce routine departmental reports and spreadsheets.
• Responsible for data collection and consolidation for reporting in an easy-to-use format.
• Maintain and update departmental reports including workbooks, slide decks and dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement of existing processes and develop new processes or enhance existing processes.
