Job summary

KLA is seeking a Capital Construction Program Manager to lead large-scale capital projects at our Milpitas Global HQ. You’ll define scope, drive cost/control, and coordinate cross-functional teams with EHS, IT, and engineering partners to meet schedule and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in capital construction and strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Hybrid work is available with onsite days three per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in capital construction program and project management.
• Strong communication skills with senior executives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience in cost controls, scheduling, and reporting.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital construction program delivery from inception to close.
• Collaborate with Project Controls for cost plans and funding approvals.
• Monitor cost, accruals, cashflow and depreciation forecasts.
• Manage source-to-pay processes including bidding and supplier payments.
• Provide periodic senior-management reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Develop architectural/engineering drawings reviews with end-users and partners.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Environmental Health & Safety and IT/IFM teams.
