• Lead Capital Planning & Innovation: Drive project planning, incorporate new technologies, and collaborate with leadership.
• Project & Team Coordination: Coordinate among teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring compliance.
• Risk Management & Process Improvement: Address equipment risks and collaborate on facility improvements.
• Staff Oversight & Resource Optimization: Manage work assignments, performance, recruitment, and retention.

Project Management

• Leadership & Performance Oversight: Oversee key projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Engineering & Technical Excellence: Ensure compliance and provide technical solutions.
