Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Capability Development Analyst Lead to apply deep mission experience and advisory skills to help defense clients solve Air Mobility operational challenges. You will guide teams across domains, leveraging DOTMLPF, MDMP, and senior input to shape mission-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with cyber, digital, engineering, science, and analytics specialists to research, analyze, and assess requirements, and deliver technical reports to stakeholders through clear briefings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years serving as an Air Force Mobility aircrew member.
• 5+ years researching, developing and integrating new capabilities into mission operations.
• 5+ years leading DoD technical programs and presenting to senior audiences.
• Experience coordinating across organizations and reporting to stakeholders.
• Top Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required.
