Qualifications

• Bachelor-degree in a technical field relevant to software development and systems integration.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of software development or systems integration experience.
• Experience delivering software in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and deploy software capabilities for communications, spectrum awareness, signal analysis, and secure networking applications.
• Build and maintain backend data processing pipelines, automated analytics workflows, and operator-facing applications.
• Develop software solutions for signal monitoring, anomaly detection, data analysis, and operational reporting.
• Implement signal processing algorithms and data analysis workflows to support detection, classification, and geolocation activities.
• Develop and maintain software applications that interface with networks, data platforms, and operational infrastructure.
• Contribute to secure communications solutions and resiliency features through architecture and implementation.
• Collaborate with systems, RF, and software engineering teams to integrate capabilities with broader architectures.
• Design and develop user interfaces, dashboards, and visualization tools for end users.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment across the lifecycle.
• Manage deployment environments, version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Create technical documentation, design artifacts, test plans, and user guides.
• Participate in technical reviews and capability demonstrations.
• Assist in proposal development and capability enhancement initiatives.
