Qualifications

• College or university degree required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in academic healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise clinical strategy into faculty-practice execution.
• Own faculty-practice governance, committees and decision rights.
• Lead and align administrative policies and standards for the faculty practice.
• Direct, through leadership, the practice's growth, workforce, and operations.
