The CAO will shape enterprise strategy, oversee organizational structure, and drive operational excellence to support education, research, and patient care at a premier academic health system.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading large healthcare organizations.
• Experience building administrative infrastructure for growth.
• Ability to translate vision into operational reality.
• Strong financial stewardship and strategic execution.
• Experience in academic medicine or health systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic and operational dyad partner to the Dean and Senior VP for Medical Affairs.
• Oversee finance, HR, IT, facilities, and shared services.
• Design organizational structures and operating models to support expansion.
• Lead enterprise strategic and operating plans and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation and workforce modernization.
