Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of work experience in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive administrative leadership in a physician group or academic health system.
• MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior administrative leader of UCFP and the BSD/UCFP administrative partner to the CCO.
• Lead governance, policy and strategy for the faculty practice and committees.
• Direct administrative operations, physician compensation, provider capacity, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance, Ambulatory Care, and BSD central to align priorities and resources.
• Foster talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness across the practice.
