Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Background check required.
• CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety & Security department to keep the Center safe and thriving.
• Identify risks through campus assessments and audits.
• Own campus security, visitor control, and student accountability with a professional approach.
• Deliver safety training and education programs to staff and community members.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and analyze data to improve safety strategies.
• Build positive relationships with local community organizations to raise safety awareness.
