Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. operates a Center providing housing and programs. The Safety & Security role ensures a safe living and working environment for students and staff, conducts investigations, and enforces safety standards.

You will perform routine inspections, respond to emergencies, monitor visitor access, and support dorm staff with inspections. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid in-state driver's license. Advanced degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines to protect student data and maintains center safety.
• Investigates accidents/incidents and prepares required reports for corrective action.
• Conducts routine safety inspections of center equipment and facilities.
• Enforces safety regulations and documents incidents per timelines.
• Conducts center-wide security walks and monitors student supervision.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains center security and visitor control.
• May assist dorm staff with inspections and searches for contraband.
• Maintains security and cleanliness of center facilities and property.
• Provides residential, recreation and transportation assistance as required.
