The role requires 15+ years in higher education planning, a relevant degree, and strong presentation skills. Travel 20–30% to client sites, with hybrid work options across U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or related degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in higher education planning or institutional strategy.
• Proven experience leading campus planning for higher ed institutions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in analog or digital sketching.

• Translate client vision into spatial strategies and plans.
• Conceptualize campus-scale ideas from city to site level.
