Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago seeks a Senior Campaign and Prospect Manager to lead the Vision 2030 fundraising initiative. You will partner with senior leadership and the advancement team to drive donor engagement, prospect research, and campaign progress.

This role reports to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and requires strong collaboration across departments and a commitment to mission-driven fundraising excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years relevant fundraising experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience using donor databases to support engagement across a large portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising activities for the Vision 2030 campaign.
• Lead prospect research and donor engagement strategies.
• Coordinate campaign materials, deadlines, and reporting across teams.
• Staff campaign steering committee and provide solicitation materials.
