Job summary

Arch Grants, located in Saint Louis, MO, seeks a VP of Advancement to define and execute a bold fund development strategy. You will lead a team to build scalable infrastructure, diversify donor engagement, and secure multi-year gifts while partnering with the CEO and board to accelerate growth and impact.

You will drive major gifts programs, cultivate corporate and foundation partnerships, and ensure compelling storytelling to advance Arch Grants’ ambitious five-year goals and community impact.

Qualifications

• Gained 8-10+ years of progressive fund development leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience building and scaling a fund development function with donor engagement at all levels.
• Experience managing high-level donors and prospects capable of six- and seven-figure gifts.

Responsibilities

• FUND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY + PHILANTHROPIC LEADERSHIP – shape and lead a comprehensive fund development strategy aligned with growth goals.
• INTERNAL CAPACITY + INFRASTRUCTURE TO SUPPORT GROWTH – establish scalable fund development function and moves management using Salesforce.
• DONOR ENGAGEMENT + DIVERSIFICATION – expand and diversify donor base and manage relationships from engagement to solicitation.
• CORPORATE RELATIONS + FOUNDER ENGAGEMENT – lead corporate relations and founder engagement with strategic partnerships.
