Job summary

Capital One Cafe Marketing Team seeks a Principal Associate Campaign Project Manager to lead complex digital and OOH campaigns from Go‑to‑Market to deployment. You will coordinate multi-workstream plans, manage timelines and budgets, and drive on-time delivery across cross‑functional teams with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• At least 3 years of Scrum, Kanban or SAFe experience.
• At least 3 years of WorkFront experience.
• At least 3 years of agency relationship management experience.
• At least 1 year of Paid Digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute complex multi-workstream digital and OOH campaigns from GTM to deployment.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues; develop mitigation strategies and escalate blockers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide strategic direction.
• Manage day-to-day campaign creative development and execution for owned channels and paid media.
• Lead milestones, kick-offs, stand-ups, timelines, and retrospectives; ensure version control.
• Own weekly status reporting cadence and translate updates for the team.
• Organize artifacts in campaign folders for audit and maintain SOPs.
