Aquent in Newport Beach, CA seeks an experienced Creative Production Lead to orchestrate the end-to-end creation of assets for multi-channel campaigns. You will partner with marketing, design, and external agencies to translate requirements into a production calendar and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality content.

You will manage photography and video production, budgeting, and vendor relations, while collaborating on content strategy for paid media and CRM across platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years in creative or integrated production.
• Experience with paid media formats and delivery specs.
• Experience coordinating internal design, photography, and video.
• Ability to build comprehensive production schedules.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with creative and marketing teams, along with external agencies, to understand campaign priorities, deliverables, timelines, and requirements.
• Translate agency requirements into a production calendar with resources and deadlines.
• Oversee production across paid social, programmatic, display, and video.
• Coordinate asset development by internal teams, managing specs, versions, approvals, and delivery.
• Anticipate refreshes, testing needs, and campaign updates to stay ahead of demand.
• Manage photography, video, and original content production including planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify content needs for upcoming campaigns and paid media.
• Strategically plan content production for asset utility across paid media, CRM, web, print, and social.
