Job summary

Wellesley College is seeking a Senior Director of Campaign Planning and Management to lead the Development Office’s campaign planning, coordination, and multi-year execution. Reporting to the Vice President for Development, this role builds timelines, benchmarks, and reporting to keep the campaign on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least ten years in advancement or a related field.
• Experience planning and executing a comprehensive campaign.
• Available for some weekend and evening travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the campaign timeline and detailed project plans.
• Plan, implement, and manage day-to-day Development work for the multi-year campaign.
• Staff and coordinate committees and trustee engagement.
• Coordinate campaign events and reporting for leadership and the Board.
• Produce regular reports and campaign materials for leadership and volunteers.
