Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Campaign Manager Team Lead to guide a team of planning professionals for a key USG customer. The role emphasizes strategic communications, operational coordination, and measurable impact, with opportunity to engage senior government leadership.

Position contingent upon contract award and involves mentoring staff, data-driven planning, and developing campaign strategies across channels to achieve mission goals.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience managing communication activities across marketing, PR, digital media, or related fields.
• Seven years of experience supporting PSYOP/MISO/IO or COVIN operations with external-facing projects.
• Four years of experience managing communications teams.
• Familiarity with customer processes, procedures, and systems for documenting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Managers delivering strategic communications campaigns.
• Design, develop, and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels to meet objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize campaigns with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Present concepts, updates, and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
