Job description

At Opkey, we empower enterprises to unlock the full potential of their ERP investments with agentic AI-powered automation. Our platform delivers continuous assurance across the entire ERP lifecycle, from initial deployment to day-to-day operations and long-term digital transformation.

By eliminating manual errors, accelerating testing cycles, and ensuring seamless adoption of critical updates, Opkey helps organizations modernize with confidence. Trusted by 250+ global enterprises, we reduce risk, drive efficiency, cut costs, and fast-track innovation, so businesses can focus on growing and evolving in a dynamic digital world.

The Opportunity

Opkey's marketing function is being built from the ground up, so this role has more real scope and less bureaucracy than a typical “Campaign Manager” title implies. You'll own demand generation campaign execution end to end: building emails, landing pages, and workflows hands-on in HubSpot, plus real experience running paid social and search yourself. We work with an agency on paid execution. The right person has done this work directly enough to direct that partnership well, not just hand off a brief.

What You'll Own
  • Own and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns (email, paid social, content syndication), building emails, landing pages, and workflows hands-on in HubSpot.
  • Own paid social and search strategy and results (LinkedIn, Google Ads). Running these channels yourself means you know what strong execution looks like, which lets you partner with and direct our paid media agency effectively.
  • Write or closely edit campaign copy (email subject lines, ad copy, landing page headlines) without waiting on outside writers.
Campaign planning & asset coordination
  • For every campaign, define what's needed to promote it effectively across channels before it launches, and coordinate with Content and Product Marketing (Oracle and Workday PMMs) to get those assets built, rather than discovering gaps mid-launch.
  • Build repeatable systems (templates, checklists, lightweight automation) for the parts of campaign planning that repeat launch to launch, instead of reinventing the process each time.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on messaging so campaigns translate Opkey's value proposition into conversion-oriented programs, without duplicating the PMMs' core enablement work.
  • Build and maintain lifecycle and nurture email tracks in HubSpot for leads that aren't yet sales-ready, so top-of-funnel volume doesn't go cold while later-stage plays are running.
  • Own segmentation, sequencing, and suppression logic for nurture and lifecycle emails, keeping messaging relevant to where a contact sits in the ICP and funnel.
  • Monitor nurture performance (opens, engagement, progression to MQL) and adjust content, cadence, or segmentation based on what's actually converting.
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to keep nurture content current as messaging and positioning evolve, rather than letting tracks go stale.
  • Brief SDRs on campaign plays (audience, intent signal, recommended follow-up), treating the SDR team as a primary internal customer.
  • Build lightweight, campaign-specific enablement (a talk point, a one-pager) as needed on a one-off basis; broader enablement content remains Product Marketing's.
Pipeline ownership & measurement
  • Own a share of the marketing-sourced pipeline target for your campaigns, and know at any point whether your programs are pacing to hit it, not just whether they shipped.
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs (pipeline influenced, conversion rates, cost per outcome) with clean campaign attribution in HubSpot.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, ad creative, and landing pages, and apply what you learn to the next campaign.
  • Contribute campaign performance insights to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
How We'll Know You're Succeeding
  • Your campaigns are a reliable, trackable contributor to the pipeline number you're accountable for, with strong hand-raiser MQL volume as a leading indicator along the way.
  • Campaigns launch complete and on schedule, without last-minute scrambles for missing assets.
  • HubSpot campaign attribution is clean enough that pipeline reporting holds up in leadership reviews without caveats.
  • SDRs get campaign context and follow-up guidance fast enough to act on leads while they're still warm.
What You Bring
Must-have
  • Proven experience owning, not just contributing to, a pipeline or revenue number. You can speak to a specific goal you were measured against and how your campaigns performed relative to it.
  • 3–5 years in B2B demand generation or integrated campaign management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Deep, multi-year hands-on HubSpot experience: you build workflows, emails, landing pages, and reports
  • Comfortable writing campaign copy independently.
  • Experience running paid social and search campaigns yourself. You've owned the channel directly, which means you can partner with (and direct) an agency and know what good execution looks like.
  • Data-literate: you pull your own reports and diagnose underperforming campaigns.
  • Highly organized, with a track record of hitting deadlines and flagging blockers early.
  • Actively using AI-first tools to speed up campaign production and workflows.
  • A mindset of ownership, accountability and leadership
  • An ability to work cross functionally across campaign, content and product marketing, SDR and sales team
Nice-to-have
  • Familiarity with the Oracle and/or Workday ecosystem, or ERP domain generally (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).
  • Experience building or improving repeatable campaign processes (templates, checklists, automation) rather than starting from scratch each launch.
  • Comfort working in a marketing function that's still building its own infrastructure and process, rather than a fully mature machine.
The Intangibles
  • Identifies what needs to happen and does it, rather than waiting to be told.
  • High follow-through: campaigns launch, leads get routed, results get reported.
  • Treats the SDR team as a customer, not just an audience.
  • Comfortable owning both the strategic brief and the hands-on execution: writes the email themselves, and has the background to direct an agency on paid rather than just hand off a brief.
  • Moves quickly and stays responsive; this role doesn't fit someone who needs long lead times to turn around campaign work.
  • Treats budget like it's their own and can defend every dollar.
