Activision's Raven Software in Middleton, WI is seeking a Senior Single Player Level Designer to design, build, and polish campaign levels from concept to ship. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to craft immersive missions that balance combat, traversal, narrative, and player agency.

The role requires shipping multiple AAA campaigns, strong FPS scripting, and a passion for iterative, high-quality level design. On-site schedule: four days per week in Middleton, WI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional game development as a Level Designer or Gameplay Designer.
• Shipped 3 AAA Console/PC titles with 2 in Level Design.
• Strong geometry, flow, and layout understanding.
• Experience designing FPS gameplay and using scripting tools.
• Ability to own content from concept to final polish.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on engaging single-player campaign levels from concept through final polish.
• Prototype gameplay scenarios and iterate based on playtests and reviews.
• Collaborate across disciplines to align with creative vision and quality expectations.
• Produce clear design docs and maintain organized implementation notes.
