Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a logistics and fundraising coordinator to manage on-site event operations, coordinate volunteers and vendors, and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems. You will work with education and health research teams to align campaigns with the mission and revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 4 years in related roles, with strong MS Office, data management, and communication skills.

• 4+ years’ experience in a related role.
• Experience in logistics and event coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site manager for campaign fundraising events, supervising staff, vendors, and volunteers.
• Oversee logistics, timelines, and budgets for assigned campaigns.
• Collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate mission and priorities.
• Manage data entry for CRM and fundraising systems; generate reports for the fundraising team.
• Research and recommend event venues and locations in coordination with National Shared Services.
