Job summary

Blood Cancer United is a mission-driven organization delivering locally while scaling nationally to accelerate cures for blood cancer. The Campaign Development Specialist will coordinate logistics, data, and peer-to-peer campaigns in the designated market, ensuring events meet revenue goals and align with the organization's bold mission within the Dallas area.

In this role you will partner with Education and Health Research teams, manage on-site events, oversee budgets, and maintain CRM data

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong MS Office and data management skills.
• Experience with fundraising and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate mission and priorities.
• Act as on-site manager during fundraising events; oversee staff, vendors, volunteers.
• Manage data entry to keep CRM and fundraising systems accurate; provide reports.
