Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a logistics and data management specialist to support designated markets and peer-to-peer fundraising products. You will coordinate event logistics, manage volunteers, and help drive revenue goals while collaborating with education, services, and health research teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2–4 years in a related field, with strong MS Office and CRM skills. Some travel and evening/weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a related role.
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Blood Cancer United campaigns and events.
• Act as on-site manager during fundraising events, overseeing staff, vendors and volunteers.
• Develop and implement plans for peer-to-peer fundraising products, including budgets and timelines.
• Manage data entry and CRM reporting; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
