Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ related experience
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing
• Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard word processing and spreadsheet software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior resource in CAM and represent business practices in projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Interact with partners across Business Banking, Commercial, Consumer, Mortgage and Retail platforms to leverage tech and projects
• Develop and produce mid-complexity departmental reports and analyses
• Conduct complex data review, research, and reconciliation for CAM areas
• Lead drafting/editing of CAM procedures to maintain currency
• Lead support for departmental audits including user certifications and compliance testing
• Manage planning, testing and implementation of new CAM projects, systems, products, regulatory changes
• Coordinate with internal partners, external vendors and Technology for CAM system issues
• Provide functional system knowledge to CAM colleagues
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as needed
• Promote belonging and reflect M&T Bank brand
• Maintain internal controls and address audit points
