Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least 3 years’ related experience, or 5 years’ combined education/experience can apply
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing
• Proven analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with PCs and standard office software
• Proven verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as resource in CAM and represent business practices in projects
• Interact with partners across Banking platforms to leverage technology and projects
• Develop and produce non-routine departmental reports and analyses
• Conduct non-routine analysis and judgment-based work to support CAM decisions
• Conduct data review, research, and reconciliation for CAM
• Draft and edit procedures for CAM areas
• Support audits, user certifications and compliance testing for CAM
• Lead and participate in planning, testing and implementing new projects and regulatory changes
• Provide departmental system support coordinating with partners, vendors and Technology
• Identify risk-related issues and escalate to management
• Promote belonging and M&T Bank brand
• Maintain internal control standards and address audit points
• Complete other related duties as assigned
