Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a CAM Analyst III to independently lead projects within Customer Asset Management (CAM). The role requires interaction with internal and external stakeholders, data analysis, and process improvement across Default Servicing.

Onsite work in Getzville, NY, with a focus on risk controls and regulatory compliance. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication abilities, and proficiency with office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent word processing and spreadsheet software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within CAM and represent business practices and interests in cross-functional, high-visibility projects.
• Interact with business partners across multiple platforms to leverage technology and system enhancements.
• Develop and produce mid-complexity departmental reports including analyses and financial evaluations.
• Conduct complex data review, research, and reconciliation for CAM areas.
• Lead the drafting and editing of procedures to maintain currency of CAM processes.
• Support departmental audits including user certifications and compliance testing.
• Manage planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, systems, or regulatory changes affecting CAM teams.
• Coordinate with internal partners and Technology to address issues for CAM teams.
