Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation in Getzville, New York, is seeking a senior CAM project lead to independently guide initiatives within Default Servicing and to represent CAM in cross-functional, high-visibility programs.

You will collaborate with partners across Business Banking, Commercial, Consumer, Mortgage and Retail to leverage technology, develop analyses, and drive system enhancements while ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a senior resource in CAM and represent business practices in projects with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Banking, Commercial, Consumer, Mortgage and Retail teams to leverage technology and drive projects.
• Develop and produce mid-complexity departmental reports and analyses including financial analyses.
• Conduct complex analysis and data review to support CAM decisions.
• Lead drafting and updates of CAM procedures to keep them current.
