The candidate will drive Calypso configuration, upgrades, and cloud modernization while working with senior leaders to define requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. Hybrid onsite/work-from-home arrangements apply in Buffalo.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of 7 years' solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience or a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years' solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years' education and/or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, configure, and develop Calypso configurations and extensions across Front Office to Reporting functions.
• Lead platform upgrade, migration, cloud, infrastructure, and modernization initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members to advance platform capabilities and ensure risk standards.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, and operational support documentation.
• Drive Calypso integration efforts with secure APIs, messaging, and file-based interfaces.
• Coordinate lifecycle plans and present strategy to senior leaders.
