EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Calypso Business Analyst to join our technology team supporting front-to-back capital markets processes.

You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating complex requirements into actionable specifications and guiding delivery within the Calypso platform. The role focuses on analyzing trade lifecycle events, platform upgrades, and configuration changes, coordinating workshops, and ensuring solutions align

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Calypso platform.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes across front, middle, and back office functions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across asset classes such as Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, Commodities, Equities, or Derivatives.
• Knowledge of Calypso configuration, workflows, collateral management, settlements, risk, or accounting modules.

• Assist with test planning, user acceptance testing, and validation of delivered solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on trade lifecycle events, product setup, workflows, and operational processes.
• Support production issue analysis and contribute to continuous platform improvement initiatives.
