AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist & Instructional Designer to lead call center training strategy and develop scalable onboarding and upskilling programs.

You will mentor fellow trainers, drive consistency in content and delivery, and partner with L&D and operations to set the direction for the training function. The role requires deep expertise in high-volume training, strong instructional design skills (ADDIE/SAM), and proven leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience training high-volume call center staff, onboarding, nesting, and upskilling at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership or team-lead experience mentoring/trainers and ensuring quality.
• Experience building e-learning content with authoring tools (Articulate 360 required; Camtasia/Vyond a plus).
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methods (ADDIE/SAM) and fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior expert for call center training, mentoring and coaching other Learning Specialists/trainers.
• Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency in training delivery and messaging across trainers.
• Own and evolve training strategy/roadmap for onboarding and upskilling in partnership with leadership.
• Provide training design support for Support Services and Sales as needed (secondary).
• Deliver high-volume call center training via in-person, VILT, and self-study formats.
• Track learner progress and maintain training logs and records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and scope training solutions with Call Center as primary partner.
