Qualifications

• 7+ years of related claims experience including complex claim handling.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and procedures.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Education/experience equivalent considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze caseload and reserve appropriately with medical cost knowledge.
• Collaborate with Corporate Claims to mitigate high exposure losses.
• Manage settlements and litigation preparation with defense attorney.
• Provide timely customer service and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Mentor team members as Subject Matter Expert.
