Arcadis is seeking a dynamic California Wastewater Practice Lead to drive growth, innovation, technical excellence and delivery of our wastewater business across California, aligned with Arcadis’ national water sector strategy.

This senior leadership role translates national strategy into California-specific priorities, serves as a visible technical leader, and helps connect Arcadis’ capabilities to address our clients’ most complex challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related field required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or ability to obtain within 6 months.
15+ years of experience in the wastewater sector with consulting and business development experience.

Responsabilités

Lead Regional Practice Strategy by translating national wastewater strategy into California-specific priorities.
Advance strategic clients through relationship building, workshops, and major pursuits.
Oversee delivery of complex wastewater projects from planning through construction with quality and financial performance.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, innovative wastewater solutions for California.
Develop and inspire talent, mentor leaders, and support recruitment and succession planning.
