Job summary

CBRE seeks a Space Planning Consultant and CAFM Specialist to lead space planning, data analysis, and reporting for high-profile clients. You will drive strategic recommendations to optimize space utilization and act as SME for global facility systems.

You will manage CAFM platforms, coordinate with regional offices, mentor peers, and develop dashboards. The role requires architecture background and strong Excel reporting; collaboration across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a CAFM/IWMS platform (e.g., OfficeSpace, Serraview, TRIRIGA, Archibus, FM:Systems).
• Architectural background or equivalent experience producing/interpreting full drawing sets.
• Demonstrated ownership of space data quality from drawing to space-record workflow and space measurement standards (e.g., BOMA).
• Strong reporting skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work across time zones with regional/global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own space data integrity end to end from architectural drawings to space records and occupancy reporting.
• Serve as primary CAFM contact for the Americas, managing platform operations, user support, and issue resolution.
• Maintain Americas space data—floor plans, space assignments, headcount, and move records—and align with real estate transactions.
• Translate local business needs into CAFM configuration, workflows, and reporting with stakeholders.
• Manage AutoCAD drawing sets, enforce CAD standards, and QC checklists.
• Develop dashboards and reports for space utilization, occupancy, and chargeback.
