Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Designer IV to provide senior CAE support and lead major electromechanical design projects. The role involves developing complex drawings, performing analyses, and mentoring junior designers to ensure quality deliverables.

The position requires a bachelor’s in design/drafting/engineering and 14 years of design experience with at least 4 years as a technical authority or project leader. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 14 years of design experience with 4+ years at technical authority or project leader level.
• Experience using CAD software to create, revise, and maintain drawings.
• Experience updating electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure diagrams.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior CAE support and design coordination for major projects.
• Lead large, complex design projects and mentor junior designers.
• Develop complex electromechanical designs and system exploitation.
• Review drawings, change control, and document procedures.
