• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, program finance, or operations finance.
• Experience supporting complex organizations with financial planning.
• Ability to connect operational activity to financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance business partner to New Glenn Cadence leadership.
• Lead annual operating plan and quarterly forecast processes.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reviews to leadership.
