The role requires 8+ years of residential design, a Bachelor’s in Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp, ability to travel, and in-office work 3 days a week across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.
• 8+ years of progressive residential design experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural plans using AutoCAD for client approval.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments.
• Review construction documents for design compliance.
• Develop floor plans, elevations and design options.
• Support field teams with design clarification during construction.
• Document and maintain all project information.
