Job summary

Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury homebuilder, seeks a Senior Architectural Designer in Fort Washington, PA. Lead design direction for national product design efforts, develop floor plans, elevations and options, and collaborate with division leadership to meet client requirements.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 8+ years of residential design, strong AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp skills, and ability to travel as needed. In-office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• 8+ years of progressive residential design experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and design software is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments.
• Review construction documents for design compliance on critical projects.
• Provide design direction and support during construction.
