Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD drawings with Civil 3D for surveys.
• Ability to interpret 3D surface models and GIS data.
• Plan and prepare plan sets and construction staking data.
• Maintain digital and paper survey records.
• 3+ years of survey CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare CAD drawings using Civil 3D for a broad range of projects including topographic, ALTA/NSPS, boundary surveys, subdivision plats, and construction staking.
• Create and interpret 3D surface models, contours, and derived data.
• Prepare construction staking data for field crews and ensure accuracy of plan sets.
• Organize file structures and maintain CAD production in line with BHC standards.
• Perform quality control to minimize errors before submittal to higher-level reviewers.
• Coordinate with the Project Surveyor/Manager on project status and deliverables.
