Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant CAD experience in land development.
• Proficiency with Autodesk or Bentley drafting tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce sets of plans for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential land development projects.
• Develop technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Quality check drawings and plans of substantial complexity; perform calculations as needed.
