Kimley-Horn is seeking an Experienced CAD Operator to join our Land Development team in Doral, Florida. You will design and produce plans for commercial, industrial, residential projects, and manage drafting standards.

The role requires 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley software. You will supervise CAD staff and coordinate activities to meet schedules, ensuring high-quality drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in land development CAD.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk or Bentley drafting software.
• High school diploma or associate degree preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to supervise and train CAD staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce sets of plans for land development projects.
• Develop technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Quality check drawings and plans of substantial complexity.
• Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control.
