Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Survey CADD Technician/Mapper to lead our mapping department in Jacksonville, FL.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality survey deliverables with strong technical leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CADD production and 5+ years producing survey mapping deliverables, with proven ability to supervise technicians and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in CADD production.
• At least 5 years producing survey mapping deliverables.
• Experience leading or supervising CADD technicians.
• Extensive knowledge of survey principles, boundary, topo, and utility mapping.
• Experience with LiDAR, drone data processing is desirable.
• Hydrographic mapping and quantity calculations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the CADD department.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to CADD technicians.
• Coordinate mapping schedules and prioritize multiple projects.
• Review maps and survey deliverables for quality and compliance with standards.
• Produce survey maps, exhibits, legal descriptions, and construction documents.
• Process and interpret point cloud data from LiDAR, laser scanning, mobile mapping, and drone surveys.
• Complete mapping and quantity calculations for topographic and hydrographic surveys.
• Prepare boundary, utility, and easement survey exhibits.
• Communicate with project managers, survey crews, engineers, and clients.
• Assist with developing and improving CADD standards, workflows, and production efficiencies.
• Research and implement new software, technologies, and innovative mapping techniques.
