Job summary

Tri-County Steel LLC in Bedford, IN, seeks a Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer to support electronic warfare and radar systems. The role requires a strong background in CAD software, including SolidWorks and CREO, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with military drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting/CAD; military drawings preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of CAD software: CREO, SolidWorks, SolidEdge.
• Familiarity with ASME Y14.100 and military drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed models and drawings.
• Work closely with customers and engineers to capture requirements.
• Prepare drawings for design reviews, including diagrams and schematics.
• Assemble and maintain configuration management of drawings.
• Use tools such as calipers and gauges for design validation.
