Qualifications

• Strong technical drawing and general drawing skills.
• Proficiency in CAD, particularly 3Shape, and experience creating detailed digital models.
• Experience interpreting and producing construction drawings or technical schematics relevant to dental prosthetics and lab workflows.
• Background in design engineering, preferably within dental, medical device, or precision manufacturing environments.
• Previous experience in a dental lab or dental technology setting, with a solid understanding of restorative and implant procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support colleagues in CAD and digital design techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technicians, clinicians, and lab leadership.
• Relevant technical education or certification in dental technology, CAD, design, or a related field is preferred.
