Role Description

The Senior CAD Designer/3shape Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lindon, UT. This role focuses on designing high-quality dental restorations using CAD software, with a primary emphasis on 3Shape design workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating precise digital models for crowns, bridges, implants, and other restorations, reviewing design specifications with technicians and clinicians, and ensuring designs meet aesthetic and functional standards. The role also involves training and mentoring team members in 3Shape and CAD best practices, developing standard operating procedures for digital workflows, and troubleshooting design or software issues. The Senior CAD Designer/3shape Trainer collaborates closely with lab leadership and production teams to support continuous improvement and maintain consistent quality across all cases.
