Job summary

Thea Energy is seeking a Configuration Manager to own the top-level assembly configuration in Siemens NX and to set and enforce modeling and drafting standards, review workflows, and the release process under ISO 9001.

You will partner with subassembly leads, systems engineering, and engineering leadership to ensure stable PDM governance, handle interface tracking, and administer Teamcenter, driving continuous improvement across the CAD and data management stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and CAD.
• Hands-on experience administering Teamcenter or another commercial PLM.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering disciplines on shared deliverables.
• Experience with ECO/ECR and release control.

Responsibilities

• Top-level Assembly Configuration Ownership: own the TLAs structure, release state, and configuration integrity from concept to production.
• Coordinate with subassembly teams to align models, naming, interface standards, and merge cadence.
• Drive resolution of configuration conflicts and preserve design intent across the assembly hierarchy.
