Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year of equivalent experience.
• Ability to read paperwork/labels and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with tape measure and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform different cabinet-building tasks.
• Operate hand tools and set up machines as required.
• Follow safety guidelines and work process procedures.
• Assist Builders 2 and 3 with more complex products.
• Maintain quality and accuracy in production steps.
