Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year of equivalent experience.
• Ability to read paperwork/labels and use a tape measure.
• Must follow safety guidelines and work processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to different cabinet-building duties.

Responsibilities

• Must have good hand and eye coordination.
• Learn and perform different tasks on the line.
• Understand differences in fasteners and hardware used to build cabinets.
• Proficient in using hand tools (drill, staple gun, glue gun).
• Learn paint/stain colors and wood species used in department.
